Engineer Technician - Full Time

Overview

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Fairway Knoll is seeking an Engineer Technician for our team. The Engineer Technician is a mid-level maintenance / engineering position that is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

SCHEDULE / HOURS : Monday - Friday 8AM-4 : 30PM, on-call rotation

REPORTING STRUCTURE : The Engineer Technician reports to the Environmental Services Director

Located in the beautiful community of Germantown, Fairway Knoll is a vibrant community of residents and staff. Fairway Knoll overlooks a beautiful pond and golf course. We are right off Hwy 41 on Mequon Road, offering easy access to Milwaukee or West Bend.

Salary : $18.96 - $23.36 / hour

Responsibilities

Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership to include :

• Completion of daily work orders
• Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
• Building and Equipment repair
• Participate in life safety compliance routines
• Painting
• Apartment turns
• Building maintenance
• Customer requests
• Snow removal
• Other projects as assigned
