We are seeking a highly skilled and mission-driven Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight for our outpatient clinics. The Clinical Director will supervise and mentor Program Managers, ensuring high-quality care, operational excellence, and innovative growth across multiple clinics. This is a key leadership role for a collaborative professional who thrives in building strong teams, driving outcomes, and advancing organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor Outpatient Clinic Program Managers, offering training, guidance, and constructive feedback to ensure smooth and effective clinic operations.
• Partner with Program Managers on staffing needs, supporting recruitment, hiring, and retention of exceptional candidates.
• Oversee clinic performance in areas including daily operations, budget management, leadership development, and identification of new opportunities and partnerships for growth.
• Provide year-round performance feedback and conduct annual evaluations for Program Managers, including updated job descriptions and goal setting.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to resolve issues related to productivity, outcome measures, workload expectations, and overall clinic management.
• Offer administrative support, supervision, and consultation to strengthen Program Managers’ skills and expand their professional knowledge.
