TITLE : IT SUPPORT ANALYST

TYPE : DIRECT HIRE (Onsite)

SALARY : $55,000 - $75,000

LOCATION : PASADENA, CA

ROLE : The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing excellent customer service to end-users by delivering practical solutions to a wide range of applications / technology problems and issues, and training of technology. The IT support Analyst is a first level of support for customers within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for clients.
  • Provide individual instruction and / or training to users on new or updated technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365
  • Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
  • Follow documented procedures for common tasks and known issues.
  • Document and update steps to solve technical problems in the company documentation system as necessary
  • Assists with tracking inventory equipment and materials.
  • Troubleshoot issues with network resources such as printers and shared folders.
  • Setup video conferences for clients and troubleshoot issues as requested.
  • Input and maintain billing information into a record keeping system as needed.
  • Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.
  • Assists with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.
  • Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and / or other related equipment and devices.
  • Maintain knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and / or systems.
  • REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of IT Support experience – L1 / L2
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to support diverse groups of non-technical users
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows systems, MacOS systems
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge Remote Tools / Management systems
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Occasional travel within Los Angeles County
