ROLE : The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing excellent customer service to end-users by delivering practical solutions to a wide range of applications / technology problems and issues, and training of technology. The IT support Analyst is a first level of support for customers within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs basic problem solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems for clients.Provide individual instruction and / or training to users on new or updated technologies.Working knowledge of Active DirectoryTroubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.Follow documented procedures for common tasks and known issues.Document and update steps to solve technical problems in the company documentation system as necessaryAssists with tracking inventory equipment and materials.Troubleshoot issues with network resources such as printers and shared folders.Setup video conferences for clients and troubleshoot issues as requested.Input and maintain billing information into a record keeping system as needed.Performs routine technological systems support, maintenance, and testing for proper upkeep of systems; troubleshoots and resolves general system hardware, software, and network failures and conflicts.Assists with the implementation of technology projects with moderate scope and impact.Assists with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and / or other related equipment and devices.Maintain knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and / or systems.REQUIRED & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of IT Support experience – L1 / L2Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Exceptional customer service skills and ability to support diverse groups of non-technical usersExperience with Microsoft 365, Windows systems, MacOS systemsWorking knowledge of Active DirectoryStrong knowledge Remote Tools / Management systemsExperience with service desk ticketing systemsBasic SQL knowledgeOccasional travel within Los Angeles County
