Overview
The Line Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all line service operations ensuring the safe efficient and high-quality servicing of aircraft. This includes managing a team of line service technicians coordinating aircraft movements fueling towing and customer service. The Line Service Manager will ensure compliance with safety protocols maintain equipment and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Supervision and Leadership :
- Manage a team of line service technicians providing training scheduling and performance management.
- Ensure proper staffing levels to meet the operational demands of the FBO.
- Lead by example fostering a culture of safety teamwork and excellent customer service.
Aircraft Handling :
Oversee the proper and safe execution of aircraft movements including towing parking and marshalling.Ensure aircraft fueling operations are conducted efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of the ramp hangars and all line service equipment.Safety and Compliance :
Enforce compliance with all applicable safety and operational procedures as outlined by the FAA OSHA and company policies.Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for line service staff.Perform routine inspections and ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment reporting any issues to management.Customer Service :
Address and resolve customer concerns providing an exceptional level of service.Collaborate with other departments (e.g. customer service maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate records of fueling operations aircraft movements and safety procedures.Assist in budgeting for line service operations including managing fuel inventory and ordering supplies as needed.Prepare and submit reports on line service performance and incident reports when necessary.Qualifications

Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in aviation management or a related field is preferred.3 years of experience in line service operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of FAA regulations aircraft handling and safety procedures.Excellent leadership communication and customer service skills.Ability to operate a variety of ground service equipment including tugs fuel trucks and de-icing equipment.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.For full job desription please see link in the recruitment brochure.
