Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day-shift Medical Surgical unit assignment in Massachusetts requiring an active MA RN license and AHA certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is located in a hospital medical-surgical inpatient unit
  • Day shifts are 12 hours, 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM, with 3 shifts per week
  • Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required
  • 13-week assignment duration
  • EMR system used is Epic
  • Flu vaccination is mandatory during flu season
  • Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston
  • Parking is not validated; public transportation and daily parking fees may apply
  • Timekeeping is managed via UKG / Kronos

  • Active MA RN license is required at the time of application
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) only
  • No specific minimum years of experience required
  • Proof of flu vaccination is required with no exemptions accepted
  • Two professional references are required for consideration
  • Epic charting experience is preferred
