Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities include : purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B / O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies. Assisting in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner. Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately. Monitoring and pulling short dated or expired product from active inventory. Filing inventory and SOX documentation. Assisting with other duties as assigned and / or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 12 : 30 pm -9 : 00 pm CST
Compensation : Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from : $20.35 - $22.02.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day. Required Qualifications include : 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and / or inventory environment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Willing to apply for an IL pharmacy technician license prior starting.
Preferred Qualifications include : Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.
Education : Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $17.00 - $31.30.
