Required Qualifications :

Bachelors in Business IT or relevant field

Strong communication and requirements analysis skills

Domain expertise (Banking / Insurance / Healthcare)

ERP / RPA exposure

Tools & Technologies :

Visio / Lucidchart

SQL fundamentals
