Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Campbell, CA

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, no weekends or on-call
• 30 weekly units of productivity expected
• Home health setting
• Home health experience required, HCHB experience preferred
• 2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred
• Territory covers Santa Clara and Santa Cruz county and Hollister
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• 13-week assignment length
