Job Description :

This person will lead a team of surveyors in conducting field surveys for various projects & will involve overseeing the collection of accurate data, ensuring the safety and efficiency of field operations, and maintaining high standards of quality in all survey activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the field team
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Operate and maintain survey equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
• Ensure the accuracy and precision of survey data.
• Prepare and review field notes, sketches, and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors.
