Position Objective The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities Operational Excellence Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are merchandised promptly. Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers and locate requests accurately. Manage visual materials, props, signage, and stockroom hardware. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, etc. Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization. Customer Experience Model and support the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omnichannel experience. Teamwork and Growth Promote inclusivity and collaboration, seek personal development, and accept feedback. Perform other duties as assigned, noting duties may vary by brand. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous stock or cashier experience preferred. Must be 18 or older. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Adaptability to company technology. Ability to stand for most of the shift. Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork. Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus. Effective communication using headsets. Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Constant walking / standing (67-100%). Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%). Frequent climbing (34-66%). The wage range is $17.45 to $21.75, based on qualifications.
