Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Must-Have :

1. Knowledge of adult outpatient rehabilitation facilities.

2. Experience with patient populations including adults to geriatrics.

3. Skills in assessment, evaluation, discharge planning, and patient education.

Description :

The candidate should have experience with a variety of patient diagnoses, including stroke, orthopedic conditions, and neurological issues.

The role involves creating and implementing plans of care, conducting assessments and reassessments, and providing patient and family education.

The candidate must demonstrate abilities in safety and injury prevention, lifting and transferring patients, and using adaptive equipment.

The position requires knowledge of electronic health record systems.

The work setting includes collaboration with interdisciplinary support staff.

Travelers are expected to be available to work during holidays as specified in the policy.

Compliance with all onboarding requirements is essential for timely start.
