About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations within the medical group. As CFO, you will oversee a diverse range of financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, patient financial services, budgeting, and financial analysis. This critical role is integral to supporting our growth while fostering a standardized culture within the medical group. You will focus on enhancing productivity and implementing physician compensation models that align with value-based care and population health initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust operational perspective and a results-driven approach. You should have a proven history of success in complex healthcare delivery systems, particularly within ambulatory and physician practice settings. Experience leading finance teams in similar environments is essential, and familiarity with contemporary healthcare financial management practices will be a significant advantage.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial operations of physician services while collaborating closely with both the medical group and the leadership team. You will also contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the medical group, and should be prepared to embrace the challenges and responsibilities that accompany this important position.
