Vice President of Restoration

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our commercial concrete restoration division . This leadership role is focused on exterior and structural restoration projects , specializing in concrete repair, structural components, waterproofing systems, window replacement, and commercial painting .

Our restoration division is not insurance-focused — we serve developers, general contractors, property managers, REITs, and institutional clients who demand safety, speed, and quality at scale. The right candidate will set the strategic direction, deliver operational excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration with our Roofing, Waterproofing, and Electrical divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the growth strategy for concrete and structural restoration services .

Expand client base among property managers, REITs, hospitals, schools, industrial facilities, and commercial developers.

Align restoration operations with company goals for safety, quality, and profitability .

Operational Excellence

Oversee all projects related to concrete repair, façade and balcony restoration, waterproofing, painting, and window replacement .

Ensure compliance with OSHA, building codes, and industry best practices for structural restoration.

Establish KPIs for schedule adherence, safety performance, client satisfaction, and job quality .

Utilize project management systems and reporting tools to ensure accountability and transparency.

Client Relations & Business Development

Build strong relationships with commercial developers, property managers, architects, and general contractors .

Serve as the executive sponsor for high-profile restoration projects .

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and commercial real estate networks .

Financial Management

Hold full P&L responsibility for the restoration division.

Manage budgets, project margins, backlog, and collections.

Implement cost-control measures and monitor performance against division goals.

Leadership & Culture

Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers, estimators, and field leaders within restoration.

Promote a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork .

Partner with HR on training, certifications, and leadership development for restoration staff.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in commercial concrete restoration or exterior building envelope systems .

Proven success in managing and scaling restoration divisions or large project portfolios.

Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, structural components, window replacement, and exterior coatings .

Experience managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects with direct P&L accountability .

Exceptional executive-level client relationship skills, particularly with developers, GCs, and property management groups.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
