Job Description Responsibilities Primarily responsible for development and characterization of processes on equipment in the factory applications lab. Develop processes related to semiconductor process equipment in the advanced logic and memory applications space. Perform simple maintenance on the applications lab equipment as needed. Design and execute process optimization experiments. Characterize, compile, and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, along with other functional areas, to facilitate customer adoption and improve process equipment quality. Provide applications development support to customers in the field, potentially requiring international travel for process startup and support. Ensure quality processing of all materials processed through the machine, including internal development activities and customer demonstrations. Coordinate machine activities in the applications lab, including process development, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. Contribute to customer demo experimental design and serve as a technical interface with customers. Provide feedback to TEL factory on process and machine issues and collaborate on solutions. Engage in integration activities with internal business units. Typical Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience; or Master's Degree with 6 years; or Associate's Degree with 12 years; or 16 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Demands and Work Conditions This role operates in an office setting, routinely using standard office equipment. It is largely sedentary but may require lifting files, opening cabinets, and occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds. Daily computer use is expected for 4 to 6 hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
