Cardiac Management brings all of our cardiac and vascular businesses together into one cross-functional collaborative operating unit to employ the full breadth of our talent technologies products services and solutions to address the needs of customers and patients across the globe.

Cardiac Rhythm Management offers devices and therapies to treat abnormal heart rhythms as well as cardiac diagnostic and monitoring solutions.

We are looking for a talented Sr. Software Cloud Engineer for our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Software division. This role will be responsible for development on a cloud native microservice based system.

With some good core processes already in place using AWS Kubernetes Kafka and HBASE this role is looking to round out an already high performing team with this hire.

• Develop software and solutions across the stack that improve product reliability and product velocity
• Collaborate with team to design Simple Scalable and Reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and participate in blameless post-mortems and follow-through
• Have a passion for product engineering mindset where the customer might be an internal or external customer

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $119200.00 - $178800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification / education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
