Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Capital Raiser to lead our fundraising efforts, targeting institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and other private capital sources. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of raising at least $500 million and strong relationships in the capital markets.

What you will do :

  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies for our investment funds and projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Create and deliver compelling pitch decks and investment materials.
  • Work with internal teams to structure capital raises and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and investor preferences to identify new fundraising opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, investor meetings, and conferences to expand our investor network.
  • Ensure adherence to securities regulations and provide updates on fundraising progress.
  • Work closely with finance, legal, and executive teams to align capital-raising efforts with business goals.

What you will have :

  • Experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • The ideal individual will have strong existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Ability to secure investor meetings quickly.
  • Understanding of investment structures and ability to communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive approach to investor engagement.
  • Proven ability to structure and close complex capital-raising deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • High-energy, self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for creating impactful financial solutions.
