We are seeking candidates for an Outpatient Addiction Treatment Counselor to work with our adolescent population. The person in this role will provide treatment for substance use disorders for clients ages 12-17. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in the development, coordination, and evaluation of the treatment program.
• Conducts individual, family, and group sessions consistent with treatment plans.
• Provides clients and families with referral resources for the services not provided by this agency or when this agency’s services are not appropriate.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation reflective of client treatment plans and progress.
