Hospitalist Physician

In need of 2 Hospitalists to cover short-term need to cover staffing shortage.

1 : 4 hospitalist physicians / 1 : 4 APPs assigned 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts (7 am to 7 pm) / or Nocturnist 7 nights on / 7 nights off, 12-hour shifts (7 pm - 7 am)

Coverage entails care for ICU and med-Surg inpatients with patient ratios ranging from 1 : 18 to 1 : 25.

Continuity of care, quality of delivery, and coordination with all hospital departments in ordering and deciphering tests; diagnosis, and management of respiratory events are critical.
