Job Description

Position : Senior Marketing Associate / Marketing Strategist

  • 100k yearly salary with a bonus

Must be able to work in-office in Downtown Manhattan at least 4 days a week

Reports to : VP of Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for more than just a marketer — we’re looking for someone who’s energized by solving complex problems, bringing big ideas to life, and making an impact. This is an opportunity to partner closely with the VP of Marketing on meaningful, high-visibility work that helps shape how our products are positioned, launched, and experienced in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy — someone who understands how to craft messaging that resonates, build thoughtful brand experiences, and execute campaigns that move the needle. You’ll take ideas from rough sketch to market-ready, contribute your own voice and vision, and work in a fast-paced environment where agility, ownership, and originality are valued every day.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a key point of coordination across marketing projects — helping manage day-to-day deliverables, timelines, agency and partner communications, and overall project flow.
  • Lead and support product launches, including launches on telemedicine platforms and across new geographies or countries, managing everything from timelines and messaging to campaign rollout.
  • Help define and develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative concepts, working directly with the VP of Marketing to shape how our products show up in the world.
  • Take raw product insights (product attributes, clinical data, etc.) and translate them into compelling narratives, content, and marketing angles — whether that’s for consumers, health care providers, or partners.
  • Collaborate on branding, and visual identity development for new products or programs.
  • Identify and refine target audiences, deeply understand their needs, and craft strategies to reach and resonate with them.
  • Monitor trends across the market, social channels, and competitive landscape to keep our marketing fresh and relevant.
  • Create and manage social media content — particularly for LinkedIn — that reflects our brand voice and connects with our audiences.
  • Bring new ideas to the table regularly — whether it’s a fresh angle, a campaign concept, or a scrappy growth tactic — and own the execution through to delivery.
  • Work fast, stay organized, and pivot when needed — this is a dynamic environment and your ability to adapt is critical.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning for products across channels.

Lead or contribute to product launches, especially on telemedicine platforms.

Analyze product and market data and translate insights into marketing strategies and messaging.

Help develop creative brand concepts, names, and campaigns.

Stay tapped into market trends and audience behaviors; help us stay 2 steps ahead.

Identify and segment target audiences and tailor strategies accordingly.

Support and guide external agency partners — from brief to execution.

Plan and create social content, particularly for LinkedIn, that cuts through noise.

Run experiments and test new channels, angles, and growth strategies.

Adjust and pivot quickly in response to feedback or changes in direction.

    What We're Looking For

4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or product marketing.

Experience launching and marketing healthcare, consumer, or tech products (especially telemedicine or wellness is a plus).

A natural storyteller — you know how to turn facts into compelling copy.

A brain that’s both creative and analytical — you love good ideas, but they must make sense.

Solid grasp of brand, messaging strategy, positioning, and audience psychology.

Experience with social media content creation and strategy (especially LinkedIn).

Familiar with managing or collaborating with agencies and creative partners.

Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Ability to work with urgency and focus, prioritize independently, and shift gears fast.

Must be based in NYC or able to commute to Downtown Manhattan regularly.

Nice to Have (but Not Required)

Experience in startups or fast-growing environments.

Background in healthcare, wellness, tech, or consumer products.

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Figma, HubSpot, Canva, or Webflow.

    Compensation : To Apply

Apply directly here on LinkedIn or send jobs@aspargolabs.com  with your resume and a few sentences about a product launch, campaign, or creative solution you’re proud of. If you have work samples or writing examples, even better.
