Tessera is seeking a motivated Programmer Analyst Il to support the development, management, and maintenance of business systems across multiple divisions at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor. Under the direction of the Application Development Manager, this role will provide user support, training, and system enhancements to ensure Tessera's business applications remain reliable and adaptable. While current operations utilize the IBM Maximo solution, this position will also play a key role in supporting future system transitions as organizational needs evolve.

Typical duties include but are not limited to :

Responsible for learning the complex intricacies of the company's business systems software package (Maximo) as both a developer and functional user.

System maintenance, module implementation, application customization, process discovery, data manipulation, user support and training, SQL queries, script writing (JavaScript, Python) and report creation (BIRT / Power BI) are essential functions of this position.

All stages of Application Lifecycle Management. This includes needs assessment, research & development, planning, use case scenarios, systems analysis, project management, quality assurance, implementation, and post implementation maintenance.

Leverages innovation, data management, a comprehensive understanding of the Business Systems software package to obtain the maximum value, produce business processes that drive growth and operational efficiencies, and improve and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications :

Highschool Diploma / GED is required.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or related field.

An equivalent combination of experience and education allowed.

Successful completion of IBM IoT Maximo training preferred.

Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.

Requirements :

A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance.
