Requirements :

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement

Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution

Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Successful completion of fingerprint and background checks

Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group counseling services to students

Collaborate with educators and families to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs

Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings

Develop intervention strategies and crisis management plans

Maintain detailed records and documentation per district standards
