We have a reputable client that is looking for a Physician in McAllen, TX or Harlingen, TX!

Join a fast-growing, community-focused healthcare group serving patients across multiple locations in South Texas. With a strong team of physicians and advanced practice providers, they deliver high-quality outpatient care with a focus on collaboration, patient satisfaction, and long-term growth.

They are expanding rapidly — recently doubling one of their offices and planning to open two additional sites in the coming year — and they are looking for talented physicians to grow with them.

Position Overview

Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join their expanding team in McAllen, TX or Harlingen, TX!

Candidates with a subspecialty or strong interest in Behavioral Health or Geriatrics are highly encouraged to apply.

This is an outpatient-only role within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values autonomy, balance, and professional growth. Early Career and New Graduates encouraged to apply, will consider relocation.

Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage 20–25 patients per day with the support of experienced PAs and NPs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice
