Food Service Manager

Assistant Foodservice Director

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Corporate Chef team in Massachusetts. As a Food Service Manager / Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.

What you'll be doing :

• Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
• Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.
• Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
