The Position

• The Director of Nursing, Home Health, will provide collaborative, strategic, and clinical leadership accordance with the purpose and values of Agape's Way Health Services.
• The Director will be a collaborative partner across the organization with a focus on total nursing care for residents, service line leadership, and cultivating a culture of respect and responsiveness.
• This leader will oversee approximately 25+ FTEs including two charge nurses and will provide hands-on care as needed. Additionally, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for advocating patient needs when necessary.
• The Director will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and will oversee ongoing initiatives including nursing strategy, quality, patient care, and patient experience.
• The Director will utilize adopted business models to appropriately measure metrics and develop processes that will ensure the delivery of optimal quality, safety, satisfaction, and engagement throughout the organization.
• This leader will Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures consistent with CDC, OSHA, APD, and HIPAA standards and ensure infection control practices are consistently applied across all services.
• Ideal candidates will bring strong time management, conflict resolution, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Seeking a strong leader to bring nursing expertise to the organization and move forward key initiatives around alignment of patient needs, outcomes, and compliance and safety with productivity guidelines.
