Licensed Practical Nurse - Flexible Shifts

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

We are looking for compassionate and skilled LPNs to provide outstanding nursing care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Administering medications and treatments per the medical and nursing care plan.
• Working under the guidance of the Head / Charge Nurse to ensure the best possible care for residents.
• Continuously evaluating residents' behaviors, symptoms, reactions, and progress; discussing findings with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
• Accurately documenting all medication administration in accordance with policies, physician's orders, and health regulations.
• Performing all treatments as prescribed by physicians and adhering to established procedures.
• Coordinating medication orders, notifying the pharmacy of any changes, and ensuring the accuracy of received medications and dosages.
