Nevada Licensed Justice Liaison

A company is looking for a Justice Liaison to engage with members identified by the Nevada judicial system and support their social determinants of health needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach for service engagement and support members' social determinants of health needs Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including judges and community organizations Assist in care coordination and communicate court-related follow-up to the interdisciplinary team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred 2+ years of related experience in Health Insurance, Criminal Justice, Healthcare Navigation, Supportive Housing Services, or Reentry Services Valid driver's license required due to travel needs Must pass background checks for ongoing employment Citizenship status required
