So, whats the role?

As Kin continues to grow a new and exciting Agency division, we are looking to add a Licensed Sales Agent to help focus on our Independent brokerage division.In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by connecting with clients and promoting our wide range of insurance products.

In this role, you have the opportunity to connect with individuals to provide important consultation for not only their home insurance needs but also other products such as auto, umbrella, and flood insurance. Best of all, this role requires no cold calling; you will receive qualified leads that are brought in from our Marketing team. You will help to develop the best policies to protect the insureds home and auto alongside building customized quotes to ensure they receive the best service possible.

Hours of Operation : 7 : 00am -7 : 00pm | Shift Times :  7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm CST

Shift times will be assigned based on need ( 8am - 5pm CST is highly preferred )
