Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate PCAs to join our growing team! We are a community-based agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for our clients. Our mission is to provide compassionate high-quality care that prioritizes open and effective communication.

Make a Difference in Someone's Life

As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' independence and daily needs. You'll provide companionship, assist with personal care tasks, and ensure their safety and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and toileting

Prepare light meals and assist with feeding

Medication reminders (not administration)

Housekeeping and laundry

Assist with transfers

Companionship and social engagement

Document care provided and adhere to protocols

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

18 years or older

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude

Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
