What will you be doing? As a Marketing Manager in our US Orthopaedics division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial strategies that drive growth across our product portfolio. Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies to support product launches, customer engagement, and sustained revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Marketing, Supply Chain, Medical Education, and Sales Training teams. Provide product and technical support to internal stakeholders and field teams. Lead go-to-market planning including promotions, digital campaigns, medical education, and inventory coordination. Partner with upstream marketing and sales leadership to develop tools, resources, and reference sites. Represent Smith+Nephew at industry events, customer meetings, and internal strategic gatherings.

What will you need to be successful? 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within orthopaedics or medical devices. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specialization in healthcare marketing is a plus. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization. Experience in capital equipment marketing and go-to-market planning. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Preferred Locations : Memphis, TN Pittsburgh, PA Andover / Boston, MA Dallas / Fort Worth, TX Other major US commercial hubs may be considered.
