Position : Physical Therapist (PT)
Location : Select Specialty Hospital - St. Louis
Schedule : Full-time Compensation : $30- $52 per hour based on years of experience

Responsibilities
Performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPromoting continuous quality improvementTeaching and counseling patients / familiesSetting goals and developing treatment plansWorking cooperatively to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needsParticipating in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient / family education and adaptive equipmentSupervising Physical Therapy Assistants, as well as supervising PT and PTA studentsConducting individual patient therapy regimensMonitoring patient's response to treatment and modifying treatment during sessions, as neededCompleting appropriate documentation according to department policies and proceduresParticipating in departmental, hospital, and community continuing education seminars and in-servicesQualifications
Minimum
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.Additional Data
