Oracle HCM Recruiting / Core HR Specialist - Remote

Job Title : Oracle HCM Recruiting / Core HR Specialist

Location : 100% Remote

Note : This role will collaborate primarily with teams in Eastern and Central time zones, as well as counterparts in our India office.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting and Oracle Core HR.
• Experience with Journeys, Self-Service (MSS / ESS), and Redwood / VB UX configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-country ORC implementations.
• Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL / HSDL, and data migration processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certifications in Recruiting / HR and Core HR.
• Proven capability in influencing, coaching, and advising team members.
• Exposure to AI Agents is a plus.
