Compensation : $55,000 - $95,000 yearly, plus a generous benefits package

Responsibilities
Communicate with Clients and other parties to provide updates and gather informationDraft Pleadings, including Complaints, Motions, Discovery Requests, Subpoenas, Orders, and Affidavits, under the guidance of a lawyerReview and organize financial documents and prepare spreadsheets and Financial AffidavitsMaintain Client filesSchedule Hearings, Mediations, Depositions and ArbitrationsFile Pleadings with Court and communicate with Family Court, as neededTrack and monitor Court filings and Court deadlinesInterview witnesses and prepare summariesPrepare for Trial and MediationInvolvement with all aspects of a Family Law caseEvery member of our Team must follow our SMART Core Values which include : Service, Mindfulness, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Truth.
Qualifications
Must possess organizational skills and time-management skillsStrong research and writing skillsAttention to detail is criticalSomeone who is compassionate and understandingA Bachelor's Degree is requiredMust be a Certified Paralegal by the North Carolina State BarPrefer previous Family Law ExperienceThis is an in-person position at our Cary, NC location
