Customer Service Representative

Customer service, data entry full time, 40 hours per week in office, weekdays, Morganville, NJ. Salary range $20 to $26 per hour. Full benefits available.

We are searching for customer service representatives who are comfortable corresponding over the phone and email to process purchase orders and troubleshoot issues with previous orders. Candidates must be able to quickly learn complex ordering systems paying close attention to detail regarding item numbers with variations, shipping addresses, customer ID numbers and purchase order numbers. Previous experience in customer service roles utilizing computer database ordering systems is preferred.
