Supporting Controls Verification and Validation activity for all the programs sold in NA region. The activities in scope are : verification, DVP design and automation, validation (diagnosis and functional requirements), requirement for propulsion system nodes.
Identification of critical, corner cases manoeuvres based on the requirement. Identify the most significant environment to be used for these tests (HIL, vehicle, high voltage bench, climatic chamber...). Identification of a subset of test to cover at high level the complete functionality for no regression.
Deep analysis of the functional requirement and his implementation to ensure their compliance.
DVP design -Test cases design for new SW implementation. Test cases execution on vehicle or HIL related to PRS functional requirements (e.g. Torque management, Reduced Performance, Charging, …).
Execution of test cases on vehicle or HIL related to diagnosis (Debouncing-healing time, fault set (or not set) conditions, enabling conditions, recovery actuated, environmental parameters scan tool, routines and active diagnosis).
Preferential position requirements
Degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
Knowledge about Electrification systems / components and related controls. ALM tool knowledge.
Experience with CANalyzer, ETAS, INCA, MATLAB / SIMULINK.
