Consult with key financial crimes personnel and stakeholders for a variety of financial services organizations to understand their challenges, and offer targeted solutions. Maintain an understanding of current industry issues, trends, and emerging regulatory requirements and guidance, as well as employing this understanding to contribute to go-to-market initiatives and proposals. Develop and mentor high-performing teams of professionals specializing in financial crimes, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
