Training Developer - Clinical Instructional Design

Major / Essential Functions

Partner with upper-level management to align learning strategies with organizational goals.

Design effective instructional models using adult learning principles and modern design frameworks.

Develop innovative curricula and training content in areas such as healthcare, business operations, and IT.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to create tailored learning systems and delivery methods.

Build compelling PowerPoint presentations that enhance training sessions and leadership communication.

Produce high-quality video and voice-over instructional content for on-demand and virtual learning environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Bright Space learning management system
• Some project management experience

Pay Statement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus four (4) years of related experience developing training programs in a professional environment or a combination of education and experience to equal eight years.
