Job Summary
This posting is hiring for two unique roles. One position will be highly focused on employee new hire and ongoing process training. This role will be responsible for the development of training materials, leading and managing training classes and trainees. In addition, this position will assist with onboarding activities for new hires. The second role will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to business partners, departments, divisions, or enterprise areas and providing end-to-end support for all activities related to credentialing data and / or system management and reporting. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring operational workflows remain efficient and compliant with internal and external standards as well as report monitoring and development, and data mining activities.
