Global Consolidations Manager

The Global Consolidations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting. This position oversees the end-to-end consolidation process for legal entities across diverse geographies, currencies, and business units with complex intercompany activities. Core responsibilities include managing monthly and quarterly close cycles, preparing consolidated financial statements, and ensuring proper intercompany eliminations. The role also involves coordinating with regional finance teams, tax, treasury, and legal departments to resolve discrepancies, maintain compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and supporting external audits. The manager maintains responsibility for related internal controls, as well as continuously driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and usefulness of our consolidated financial statements.

Beyond technical execution, this role has a strategic impact on the organization. The Global Consolidations Manager supports a wide range of evolving needs that may include enhancing critical insights through deep research on P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow activities, enhancing variance analytics processes, cash flow, and other financial reporting & analytics needs. This role also serves as a key role supporting ERP implementations, M&A integration, and process standardization initiatives across global entities.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures, processes, and technologies.
