Senior Project Manager

Our client is a regional construction leader delivering successful projects for local clients with a focus on K-12, Higher Education, and Municipal . They offer an exciting opportunity, stability, and aggressive growth plan for the right person. They are looking to add a Senior Project Manager. This company is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments. This organization's focus on CMAR delivery, technology and culture have put them in a position to lead and they are looking for a strong Senior Project Manager to join them.

Project Manager Requirements :

• At least 12 years' experience building K-12, higher education, or municipal, city and county projects in Central Texas.
• Degree preferred.
• Team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent architect, engineer and subcontractor relationships.
• Technology progressive - you know how to make your day more efficient utilizing new and proven tools and are curious about continued AI plug-in solutions.
