Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00–5 : 00 (Flexible options : 9 : 00–5 : 00 or 9 : 30–6 : 00)

Job Responsibilities :
Perform laboratory testing procedures on blood and other body fluids / specimens using manual techniques and laboratory instruments.Follow established laboratory protocols under the supervision of a laboratory technologist, leader, and / or supervisor.Handle specimen receipt, accessioning, and bench work in a clinical lab environment.Utilize laboratory information systems including Epic and Sunquest CoPathPlus (LIS).Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with laboratory standards while working with PPE.Support prenatal testing processes within the cytogenetics laboratory.Communicate effectively with team members and maintain proper documentation.Required Skills & Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings.Technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge necessary to perform laboratory functions.Experience handling clinical specimens and working comfortably in PPE.Prior experience with sample receipt, accessioning, and lab bench work (not phlebotomy-focused).Preferred Skills & Experience :
Experience with Epic and Sunquest CoPathPlus (LIS).Required Education :
Completion of an Associate Degree program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science.Required Certifications & Licensure :
National certification from a recognized certifying agency (ASCP or NCA).BLS certification.MLT certification is a plus.About HonorVet Technologies
