ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Sioux City, Iowa.

Job Details :

Work in stepdown unit with 1 : 5 patient ratio

Provide care for cardiac patients including CHF, cardiac angiogram before and after care, ablation, pacemaker, TEE, cardioversion, and stroke patients

Manage cardiac drips including Nitro, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nirdipine, Heparin, and Lidocaine with titration required

Work every other weekend

16-hour shifts with guaranteed hours

Billable overtime after 40 hours per week for 36-40 hours / week positions, or after 48 hours per week for 48 hours / week positions

Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)

Limited to 1 day request off between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26

May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Must be more than 50 miles from market

Use Cerner Powerchart EMR system

Required certifications : BLS (AHA), NIHSS

Iowa nursing license required

Minimum 2 years stepdown experience required

At least 1 travel contract completion required

Same day interviews available
