Supervising Attorney

A premier plaintiff-side employment law firm seeking to hire a supervising attorney. We are a forward thinking firm and are utilizing state of the art AI litigation tools to streamline our work, maximize efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in the legal industry. Candidate must be open to advancing, implementing, and overseeing the use of AI within the firm.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated interest and prior experience in employment law and a demonstrated interest in representing plaintiffs. The candidate must also have prior supervising attorney experience. Must have good leadership and management skills.

Candidates should have prior experience in employment law and have strong litigation skills, as well as strong writing and research skills.

• Help supervise part of the firm's associates and support staff
• Overseeing the day to day matters in their assigned cases and helping associates
• Overseeing and reviewing settlement demand letters, complaints, motions
• Taking and Defending some depositions
• Reviewing Discovery for Propounding and Responding
• Handling some Court appearances
• Attending Mediations and Settlement Conferences
• Experience in handling plaintiff wage-and-hour class actions (preferred)
• Experience with employment litigation
• Overseeing Class Certification Motions, Class-wide settlement agreements, preliminary and final approval motions (preferred)
• Helping prepare for trial and attend trial
