Job description2015 certified, an SBA-designated Small Business, and an MBE-certified firm by MDOT. Position contingent upon successful award. Supports senior staff in data management, regulatory compliance, project coordination, documentation, communication, and maintaining organizational standards. Conduct interviews and physical inventories Assist with database maintenance and reporting Support policy adherence and compliance activities Develop training materials Support legal research and training initiatives Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications : Internship or volunteer experience in records management or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Strong organizational and communication skills Benefits : Health insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, sick leave, 401(k) matching, and more.
