Employee Engagement Intern
Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities, internal events, and communication campaigns to foster a positive work culture. Support Learning & Development by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and preparing training materials. Support HR Operations and data management, ensuring accuracy in employee records and onboarding processes. Assist in Office Facility Management, ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
Undergraduate students in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Social Sciences, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-minded attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to use creative tools (e.g., Canva, Video Editing) for internal communications is a plus. Highly organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Able to join the program for 4-6 months. Must be able to provide an official Internship Letter from your university.
