We are currently looking for a Full-Time Care Manager RN / Diabetes Educator RN to join our client based primary care team in Dallas , TX .

• Excellent Work / Life Balance! Full -Time Monday -Thurs 8a-5 : 30p Friday 8a-1p

Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice
