Mud Creek Veterinary Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian to join our esteemed team in Hollywood, Alabama. As a mixed animal practice catering to clients in Northeast Alabama and Southeast Tennessee, we are committed to delivering superior healthcare services to all animals. Join our team and collaborate with Dr. Scott Elliott and our exceptional staff who prioritize client education and fostering strong human-animal bonds. In addition to our Hollywood location, we are looking for a motivated veterinarian to fulfill the same role at our Kimball, Tennessee office. We are in the process of purchasing a small animal practice that was established 50 years ago and provides veterinary care to the people of Marion County, Tennessee (35 miles west of Chattanooga). Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive care for small animals, including dental procedures, digital radiography, and preventive treatments Conduct a variety of surgeries, consisting of primarily soft tissue surgery Maintain accurate patient records utilizing V-Tech Platinum veterinary software Engage in consultations with clients and deliver exceptional customer service Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal care for all animals Required Skills : Must possess Fear Free Certification Demonstrated experience in digital radiography Proficiency in anesthesia Solid background in internal medicine and urgent care Ability to conduct ultrasound and X-rays for diagnostic purposes Preferred Skills : Good client communication skills Compensation and Benefits : Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000 annually, dependent on experience. About Our Practice : Mud Creek Veterinary Services is a reputable mixed animal veterinary practice located in Hollywood, Alabama. Serving both small companion animals and large livestock in Northeast Alabama and Southeast Tennessee, we are in the process of acquiring a small animal clinic in Kimball, Tennessee and are seeking a dedicated veterinarian for that location. Our comprehensive services encompass dental care, digital radiography, emergency care, and wellness examinations, ensuring holistic care for all animals.
