Outbound Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Outbound Enrollment Specialist to enroll patients and educate them about available services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high volume outbound calls to educate patients about services and resources

Achieve member enrollment goals based on company KPIs

Document interactions and maintain accurate records of patient outreach activities

Required Qualifications

Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm CT

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Motivated by goals and metrics

Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting is a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
