Maintenance Manager (Washington)

Job Title : Maintenance Manager Department : Engineering

Reports to : VP of Engineering

Job Summary : The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the companys facilities, including maintaining machinery, planning repair activities, and developing maintenance policies and procedures.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Develops maintenance procedures and ensures implementation.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive business relationships and show a sense of urgency.
• Resilient and flexible, able to multitask and prioritize with an innate ability to understand and accept change and motivate others around change.
• Manages and assigns work orders. Prioritizes by urgency and severity of the issue.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and CMMS system
• Ensures operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
• Monitors equipment inventory and places orders when necessary. Identifies best value, reducing maintenance overhead when possible.
• Other jobs as assigned.
