Impactful Work : Provide essential pediatric dental services to a community in need. Education : DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Licensure : Active New York State Dental License (Required). Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible. Others : Must have an active Medicaid and Medicare number (NPI) Technical Skills : Proficiency in all aspects of pediatric dentistry and behavior management techniques. Soft Skills : Compassionate, patient, and excellent communication skills to work with children and parents. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Diagnose and treat dental diseases and developmental issues in children. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care. Manage patient behavior to create a positive and comfortable dental experience. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all clinical protocols.
