ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.

Operating Room RN

This is a 13-week contract position.

The Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipation and planning for the care of the patient in the operating room. As a member of the surgical team, the RN will work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room technicians, and other personnel to provide exceptional patient care in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Update physician preference cards as needed.

Scrub and assist physicians during surgical procedures.

Supervise personnel delivering patient care in the operating room.

1+ year of travel experience required.

~2 years of operating room nursing experience required.

~ Floating is required to pre-op and endoscopy units.
